Nebraska Book Company Unveils Enhanced Customer Rewards Program

Nebraska Book Company (NBC) today formally unveiled its enhanced customer rewards program, NBC Rewards. NBC Rewards offers bookstores the opportunity to earn rebates along with exclusive levels of service.

Michael J. Kelly, senior vice president, textbook division, Nebraska Book Company, said: "In today's dynamic and changing marketplace, bookstores require a partner dedicated to supporting the many and diverse needs of the store, facilitating strong used textbook programs and providing additional dollars to help purchase the tools required to operate an effective bookstore. Our enhanced customer rewards program recognizes bookstores for what we believe is the cornerstone of their success in these challenging times...maximizing the number of used books students sell back to the store. This, along with good management of returns, creates a win for the store and a win for NBC."

NBC Rewards consists of three levels: Associate, Graduate and Masters. By working with the NBC team of business professionals, bookstores can reduce returns, build strong book buys and stay abreast of the latest market trend information. As the results grow in the bookstore, its level of reward increases and so will the benefits for the store.
