Validis Resources Signs Multi-Year Bookstore Management Contract
with Purchase College, State University of New York

Validis Resources announced today it has signed a multi-year agreement to manage the on-campus bookstore at Purchase College, State University of New York.

John Callahan, Vice President, Contract Management Services, Validis Resources, said: "The University was seeking a bookstore management partner that would provide high-quality customer service, a local management philosophy, and flexible systems and procedures. We believe those attributes, coupled with our proven bookstore management process, lead to Validis Resources being awarded the opportunity."

Validis Resources assumed operating responsibly for the bookstore on June 1, 2007.

"The appointment of Validis Resources as our bookstore management partner was a collaborative effort by all campus constituencies," said Bill Guerrero, Executive Director, Purchase College Association, Inc., the auxiliary service enterprise of Purchase College, SUNY. "We were looking for a partner that catered to our students, faculty, alumni and the community at-large. Looking at Validis, we saw a motivated company with extensive experience in campus marketing, faculty outreach, and the ability to reduce the cost of textbooks to our students. We felt confident that Validis' management philosophy would deliver the level of service we require for running of our bookstore."

The financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
