Partner to Deliver Online Bookstore
Agreement Provides Students One-Stop Shopping for Textbooks,
Course Materials, and Study Guides

Athens, Ohio, February 9, 2006

Specialty Books, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Nebraska Book Company, today announced it has signed a multi-year agreement with the Graduate School, USDA, to provide an online bookstore to service their more than 100,000 students annually.

The agreement creates an online bookstore that offers complete course material fulfillment for professionals and federal, state and local employees attending career-related and continuing education courses through the Graduate School, USDA. The bookstore will provide students with the choice to order new or used textbooks and assure students both quick availability and price-point options.

The Graduate School, USDA’s online bookstore will open for the spring quarter in mid-February.
