News Validis Resources Signs Multi-Year Lincoln, Nebraska Validis Resources announced today it has signed multi-year agreements to manage the on-campus bookstore at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN; Maryville College in Maryville TN; Hill College in Hillsboro, TX; and Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX. At Austin Peay, Validis Resources will assume operating responsibility for the bookstore on July 1, 2007. The bookstore will be converted to Nebraska Book Company’s PRISM system which will streamline the process of financial aid making it easier for students when purchasing textbooks. The transition to Validis Resources at Maryville College will take place July 23, 2007. Maryville College was founded in 1819 and is the twelfth oldest institution of higher education in the South. Being a faith-based college, Validis will be able to pull from its’ Founders Bookstore Services division their expertise of fulfilling the special requirements of a Christian institution. Validis Resources will begin operation of the two Hill College bookstores (Hillsboro and Cleburne) in late June. Hill College is a comprehensive community college serving citizens from Hill, Johnson, Bosque, Somervell, and Hood Counties. These bookstores will enable Validis to utilize our extensive community college experience to meet the needs of servicing a multi-campus community. At Our Lady of the Lake, they had a desire for a customer-centric store that melded into the mission and brand of the University. After reviewing our materials, references and personal discussion, Validis Resources was chosen and began operation of the store in early June.
