Dear NBC*PRISM User:
You are cordially invited to Spectrum 2009, Nebraska Book Company's third annual international users' meeting. Last year's meeting proved to be a productive forum for learning and exchanging ideas, and lot of fun to boot. From the feedback we received, those who attended felt their time was well spent. We hope that your plans will allow you to join us this year.
We believe this meeting offers tremendous value to your store. Not only will you be able to learn about the latest enhancements to your software, you will have the opportunity to share your ideas, network with other users, and meet and interact with CBMS and CampusHub staff members. During the two-and-a-half-day convention you can attend hands-on educational sessions, listen to lively panel discussions, participate in focus groups, and test drive the latest equipment in the "try-it" room.
The meeting will be held from Tuesday, April 21, through Thursday, April 23, at the Embassy Suites hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska. Plan to arrive on Monday, April 20, in time to attend the opening reception. And, in case this is your first trip to Lincoln, you may also want to tour our facilities.
The registration fee is $600 per person which covers all meals and materials.
We have negotiated a group rate of $114/night with the Embassy Suites. This rate will be available until March 31, 2009, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Please keep this in mind as you firm up your plans. Our group name is Spectrum 2009 and our group code is SPE. There is a link to the hotel from this page so you can make your hotel reservation online. If you prefer to call the hotel, the local number is (402) 473-4703. Be sure to mention Spectrum 2009.
The meeting agenda is still being finalized and will be available on this web site on December 15.
We hope you will be able to join us for a meeting that should prove to be stimulating, fruitful, and fun. If you have any questions, please e-mail ghankins@nebook.com or phone (800) 869-0366 Ext. 5633. We look forward to seeing you there.
Sincerely,
Gail Hankins
